Automatic Tire and Wheel Processing System
Ultimation Inc. introduces its newly developed and patented Tire Mounting and Inflating system. The Ultimation Automatic Tire and Wheel Processing System is a compact machine that uses a single station sliding platen to pickup a wheel and tire set and transfer them into its work station for mounting and inflating.
Our latest machines are now running in a fully automatic
mode at automotive assembly plants in the U.S. and Mexico.
These machines represent a revolutionary automotive
break through in the tire and wheel mounting field.
Semi-Automatic Truck Tire Mount and Inflate System
Ultimation Inc. is now one of the largest suppliers for
Heavy Truck Tire Mount/Inflate Systems in production.
All Ultimation systems are designed to be efficient as possible and to also keep maintenance and down time to a minimum. Also this system is designed to take a various mix of tires and wheels.
Accumulating power roll tire/wheel conveyors can be designed for your specified sizes of tires/wheels and interfaced with machine control panel for complete line operation.
The inflator accepts mounted tire/wheel and inflates the tire to the preset pressures.
The inflator is capable of inflating various different pre-set pressures.

This system is capable of handling 19.5", 22.5, 24.5 x 7" - 10" wheels and 8R, 9R, 10R, 11R, 12R range tires for automatic mount and inflate.
System will inflate assemblies that are manually mounted and loaded onto sliding platen up to 445/65R tires and machine cycle time will be 20-30 seconds depending on operator input.
This system is a compact machine that uses a single station sliding platen, operator places wheel on platen (conveyor aided), depresses palm buttons to clamp, places tire into position (conveyor aided) depresses palm buttons which transfers assembly to mount/inflate station.
As the inflated assemblies are transferred onto exit conveyor, platen will return to load station.
Training will be conducted while in plant start up and debug is being performed.
