Sequence Of Operation

  • Tire enters load station Wheel is placed on platen.
  • Wheel is clamped
  • Wheel loader retracts
  • Tire is loaded over wheel on platen
  • Platen extends to work station
  • Tire/wheel set is mounted and inflated
  • Discharge conveyor lifts inflated assembly
  • Platen returns to pickup station for re-loading
  • Wheel enters load station
